Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Absolutely no returns on firearms or ammunition. Any firearms or ammunition warranty issues should be directed at the manufacturer.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

ALL FIREARMS MUST BE SHIPPED TO A FFL. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A FFL AT THIS TIME PLEASE USE YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AS THE SHIP TO ADDRESS AND THEN HAVE YOUR FFL SEND US THEIR LICENSE TO [email protected] CITING YOUR ORDER NUMBER. YOU MAY RECEIVE A FRAUD WARNING WHEN YOU PUT IN THE FFLS ADDRESS, DON'T WORRY WE WILL APPROVE THE SALE AND IT WILL BE SHIPPED ONLY TO THEM AND NOT YOUR RESIDENCE.

ALL NON FIREARM ITEMS THAT ARE NOT SHIPPED TO YOUR BILLING ADDRESS WILL BE EVALUATED FOR FRAUD AND MAY BE DELAYED BY OUR FRAUD FILTER. IF YOU HAVE A LEGITIMATE REASON FOR A DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESS PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL US AND LET US KNOW WHY.  FOR THE FRAUDSTERS, WE WILL CALL LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES AT YOUR PICKUP LOCATION AND LET THEM KNOW WHERE TO MEET YOU!
